Welcome
to Our Site

On Monday, August 24, our founder and expressive arts therapist, Julie King Murphy, will be in Spruce Pine, NC, for a free public session at 10:00 a.m. In this session, Julie will introduce personal creativity and provide a sample art-making experience focused on savoring nature's beauty as a way of promoting healthy living. This session is open to the public at no cost and is part of the Home Remedies series sponsored by Partners Aligned Toward Health. This series features a number of professionals who teach healthy lifestyle approaches to managing stress and pain; all are themed "Home Remedies." Check out this Facebook post for all the details, and consider joining the entire series, which continues through September!
